Clyde Bergemann EEC provides proprietary engineered Air Pollution Control systems and services which enable customers to operate their facilities in compliance with regulatory standards  that limit particulate and gaseous emissions. Our strategy is to provide a broad array of original equipment technologies and reliable aftermarket replacement equipment and service to users of air pollution control systems. The Company  primarily serves the electric utility and pulp and paper markets, but also has proven capabilities and significant experience in the municipal solid waste, independent power, steel, rock product and petrochemical industries. The Company has been a leading supplier in the air pollution control business since 1946.

 
Historically, the Company has designed and manufactured electrostatic precipitators and fabric filter systems. These systems represent the two most effective particulate removal technologies. The Company has developed proprietary designs for durable, cost-effective systems for both of these product lines. In addition, the Company has developed sorbent-based technologies for use in conjunction with its particulate control technologies for both gaseous and heavy metal control.

Clyde Bergemann EEC enters into contracts for new equipment, major rehabilitation and rebuilding of existing equipment, and also provides  replacement parts and technical services. The Company performs complete process engineering for air pollution control systems, including the determination of the size, geometry and mechanical, electrical and structural  characteristics of the system to meet customer specifications.
