Clyde Bergemann Senior Thermal (CBST) has been designing and manufacturing Recuperators in Australia for more than 3 decades.

• Radiation Recuperators are most suited for high exhaust gas temperatures. Due to their particular geometry, it is recommended to install them in systems with exhaust gases containing a high dust load. While the exhaust flows through the free cross section of the recuperator with minimal pressure drop, the air to be heated is directed through a narrow gap, formed by two concentric steel cylinders.
   
• Alternative to this double shell design is the tube basket type that uses tubes which are welded between two headers or combinations of both systems
